I speak on all things Mindfulness, Sound & Consciousness. I have a wonderful story of my own journey from abused child and homeless teen suicide survivor to thriving in JOY. You can check out my speaking deck for more information.

I selectively work with women who are ready to take 100% responsibility for the experiences they are having, who, when their feelings get hurt can ask “what in me is asking for healing?” and are ready to step way out of the comfort zone.
My Story of Healing and Restoring Myself to Wholeness.
I used to be so miserable. People who meet me now have a hard time believing that, but it’s true. I am a childhood trauma survivor and a suicide attempt survivor, who had a NDE in which I heard the music of the spheres. It was music made of light. That music is my purpose and it’s why I’m here. Working with that quantum vibration of music, coupled with mindfulness, helped me to lean to rewire my thinking mind and the story I was telling myself about myself, to release the stored traumas in the unconscious mind - THE BODY - and to open and expand heart and my consciousness to high emotional intelligence, staying in the present moment, trusting my own intuitive guidance to allow the highest vibration possible to animate this physical vessel.
The result is that I can and DO, do anything! I am a highly-conscious high-achieving, ultra-creative creator, author, inventor (I have a patent and everything!), event creator, world traveler, myrrophore, soul midwife, mother, wife, friend, and vessel of Source Creator here to continue to expand and express more and more of The Good, The Holy and The Beautiful in this world.
